PhotoBox 的照片和视频分析、整理均在您的设备上完成。我们不会将您的照片或视频上传到开发者服务器。
1. 我们收集哪些数据
PhotoBox 不要求注册账号，不接入广告、用户行为分析或第三方追踪服务，也不会自动收集或出售您的个人数据。
2. 照片与视频
在您授权后，PhotoBox 会访问系统照片图库，用于展示、整理、查找相似内容、管理相册与收藏，以及执行您确认的删除操作。
- 照片和视频的识别、比较及整理在本机完成。
- 我们不会把您的照片、视频或分析结果上传到开发者服务器。
- 如果原件位于 iCloud，Apple 的“照片”服务可能会按需将原件下载到设备。该传输由 Apple 提供，不经过我们的服务器，并可能产生网络流量。
- 只有在您明确确认后，PhotoBox 才会修改相册、收藏状态或删除照片和视频。
3. 本地数据
PhotoBox 会在设备本地保存必要的设置、整理进度、统计数据、已忽略项目和购买解锁状态，用于恢复您的使用状态。这些数据不会同步到开发者服务器。卸载 App 后，这些本地记录通常会随之删除，但您已对系统照片图库进行的操作不会自动撤销。
4. 购买
专业版购买与恢复购买由 Apple App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。我们不会接触您的银行卡、支付账户或完整交易凭证。Apple 对相关数据的处理受其隐私政策约束。
5. 问题反馈
只有当您主动发送反馈邮件时，邮件内容以及自动附带的设备名称、iOS 版本和 App 版本才会发送给我们。您可以在发送前编辑或删除这些信息。邮件将由您选择的邮件服务商处理。
6. 数据安全与儿童隐私
本机处理可减少照片和视频向外传输的风险。PhotoBox 不面向儿童收集个人数据，也不会基于年龄建立用户档案。
7. 政策更新
如果功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策及顶部日期。重大变化会在适当位置提示。

PhotoBox does not require an account and does not use advertising, behavioral analytics, or third-party tracking services. We do not automatically collect or sell your personal data.
2. Photos and Videos
With your permission, PhotoBox accesses your system photo library to display and organize media, find similar items, manage albums and favorites, and perform deletion actions that you confirm.
- Recognition, comparison, and organization of photos and videos are performed on your device.
- We do not upload your media or analysis results to a developer-operated server.
- If an original is stored in iCloud, Apple Photos may download it to your device when needed. This transfer is provided by Apple, does not pass through our servers, and may use network data.
- PhotoBox changes albums, favorite status, or deletes media only after an action you initiate or confirm.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
PhotoBox stores necessary preferences, organization progress, statistics, ignored items, and purchase-unlock status locally so your state can be restored. This data is not synced to our servers. Uninstalling the app normally removes these local records, but it does not reverse changes already made to your system photo library.
4. Purchases
Premium purchases and purchase restoration are processed by the Apple App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your card details, payment account, or complete transaction credentials. Apple processes related data under its own privacy policy.
5. Feedback
Information is sent to us only when you choose to email feedback. The draft includes your device name, iOS version, and app version. You can edit or remove this information before sending. Your chosen email provider also processes the message.
6. Security and Children’s Privacy
On-device processing reduces the need to transfer photos and videos externally. PhotoBox does not knowingly collect personal data from children or create age-based user profiles.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when features or data practices change. The updated date will appear at the top, and material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
